Capoeira is an Afro Brazilian martial art form, combining elements of dance, music, and martial arts training. This energetic class offers a comprehensive program including cardio and strength conditioning. With Capoeira every single part of the body works, and the result is a complete fitness.
Capoeira for kids! A convenient after-school program that is extremely fun and helps our kids to learn with physical activities, balance, flexibility and coordination while interacting with others.
Power Core Conditioning
A high-intensity, mixed program of functional movements that combine cardio and non-traditional weights. Kettelbells, jump rope, pilates bands, and TRX are all used. This class changes frequently which provides awesome results for the body by not letting the muscles get used to any particular exercise. Muay Thai (มวยไทย) is known by many names, Thai Boxing being the most common. It is also known as The Art of Eight Limbs since it incorporates the use of punches, elbows, knees, and knees. This specialized class kicks off with a great cardio and strength warm up followed by a detailed and form oriented session. This class is for everyone who wants to learn a combat style martial art and get in optimum shape.
